About Us

At Icon Construction, we are more than just an asphalt and concrete company — we are a woman-owned, minority-owned, family-operated general contracting firm with deep roots in construction, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to our people.
Founded by a husband-and-wife team, Icon Construction was built on hard work, shared values, and a dream. Our co-founder and CEO was inspired by her mother, a Korean immigrant who came to the United States seeking a better life and went on to build a successful business. That legacy of grit, resilience, and entrepreneurship fuels everything we do.

Her husband and co-founder brings over 25 years of asphalt experience to the table. Together, they combined field expertise with business vision to create a company that delivers not only top-quality work — but also opportunity and purpose.

As a licensed General Contractor, Icon Construction offers a full range of services including asphalt, concrete, site work, and facilities maintenance across Florida. We serve commercial properties, retail centers, municipalities, and more — always with a focus on quality, reliability, and professionalism.

But what truly sets us apart is our culture.

We believe in building more than just roads and buildings — we believe in building people. Icon Construction is committed to creating a positive, inclusive work environment where team members are respected, supported, and given opportunities to grow. We strive to be a place where careers are built, families are supported, and every person feels like they’re part of something bigger.

We don’t just build and maintain properties — we build legacies, opportunities, and a culture of excellence.

We are proud to announce that Icon Construction Enterprise LLC is now officially certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council!
